How do I use it?
Set Up and Begin
To assemble the back stretcher, follow these steps: Kneel on the ground and wedge the back end of the back stretcher against your knees.
Stretching Arms, Back and Leg
After the back stretcher is placed in the appropriate position, lay your back down on it and slowly exhale while slightly contracting your core.
Stretch to the Maximum
Experiment placing it in different positions and see which area provides the best relief or deepest stretch. Remain in this position while calmly breathing for a few minutes at a time, and try to get a cumulative total of 5-10 minutes a day in this stretched position. Use whenever you feel tightness in your back region to optimize the benefits of the back stretcher.
